Time for our Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE TWENTIETH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF OPEN COUNTRY

To be held in Meeting Room One, Community House, 46 East Parade, Harrogate at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 11th December 2024.

FOR THE TRANSACTION OF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS:

1) Apologies for absence

2) Approve the minutes of the AGM on Wednesday 6th December 2023

3) Matters arising from the minutes

4) To receive the Report of the Directors and the Accounts for the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024. The Review of 2023/2024 will include:

• Review of the year from David Shaftoe, Chief Officer

• Update on year-end financial position from David Robinson, Treasurer

• Strategic Update from Richard Firth, Chair of the Board of Trustees

5) To elect Richard Firth, Tracey Jackson and Jonty Warneken, who retire in accordance with our Articles of Association, and are eligible for re-election

6) To confirm the appointment of Chris Burt and Jane Green, who were appointed to the Board in the course of this year

7) To appoint the Independent Examiner of the Accounts

To agree the date of the next Annual General Meeting
